Services Overview

HireSimon.ai provides AI-powered customer communication, CRM automation, lead engagement, appointment scheduling, customer support workflows, and related business automation services.

Our messaging program is designed to ensure optimal customer support, provide service-related updates, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.

Messaging Program Terms

By opting into our SMS messaging program, you consent to receive text messages from Audience Atlas, Inc., which may include:

•Appointment confirmations and reminders

•Customer support communications

•Service-related updates

•Follow-up messages regarding inquiries or consultations

•Marketing promotions, special offers, and service announcements (where applicable)

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to +1 888-450-0216. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

Subscription Billing and Payments

All services are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

•Subscription fees

•Setup fees

•Partial-month usage fees

Payment is due upon receipt and may be processed through authorized ACH, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

A $50 fee may apply to any failed or returned payment. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled in writing prior to the next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy laws.

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from individuals before submitting their information into our systems or communication workflows.

Age Restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audience Atlas, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
